2001 Explorer XLT 4WD not working

2001 Explorer XLT 4WD not working. Auto 4WD, can feel transfer case gear down but no engagement at front end!!!

check your fuses in both the cab and in the power box under the hood.

When you put it in 4 low does everything lock in?

On the '95-'96 Did steps 1-4. All checked out but step 4. Only one wheel spins. Did both sides. Now what?
