2001 Sport Trac with a noise in the front end.

The front end on my sport trac just started making loud squeaking noise when driving or turning. Makes same noise when you push down on front end on both sides. Is this ball joints or shocks or something else?

Most likely it is the ball joint(s). I had an '02 Ranger and '05 Sport Trac previously and had ball joints replaced on both while they were still on warranty.

My steering stabilizer bushings were housed and making a lot of squeaking when I hit bumps. Have someone push down on the bumper while you lie under and see if that's your problem. If you pull the brackets off of the frame and lube up the bushings with some moly, it should take care of that noise.

Also, like was said, ball joints on these are a chronic problem, I've replaced dozens of them
