I suddenly lost all my coolant. I refilled the system after getting towed home and water is coming out from an outlet on top of the right engine bank directly in front of the passenger. I can't locate a hose that would have been connected. Can someone point me in the direction of a fix for this? The hoses that route to the heater core don't seem to be the problem. It is a tube that I can stick a finger in to I just can't place what it should be attached to.
