2003 4.6l water loss

I'm losing coolant from a a tube located on top of the right bank of the engine (manifold maybe). I saw a post about an outlet in that vicinity that is supposed to be capped off. I don't see anywhere what it's called or what to do to fix it. Any suggestions?

That's a heater hose connection for another application. The cap that was there apparently rotted and blew off. This thread detailing a manifold replacement has one guy's alternative solution in it.
