2004 ford explorer Anti theft

Hello all i have a 2004 explorer with the anti theft light flashing how do i resst it i cant get it to start the alternator crapped out and i replaced it the battery was week so i jump it but no go hit the key and nothing happens any help would be great

If you click the door unlock button on the key chain do the door locks pop open?
