2008 Explorer 4.0L with a code P0191.

Hello I have 2008 explorer 4.0 L this is the code from OBD II P0191 fuel rail pressure sensor. Where on the fuel rail can I find a presure test valve?

Thank you. I was reading that the crank sensor can cause this type of problem??
