Hello all I have a 2014 explorer police interceptor utility 3.7L, I replaced my passenger side catalytic converter and a week later the gasket it came with failed now it's leaking with all the normal symptoms. I bought new higher quality gaskets and new studs/bolts so I am wondering if that will fix my issue.

Welcome to the Forum Emily.
Strange that the gasket failed. I'm not familiar with the setup but I guess there is only one way to find out if the new items will fix it. Install them and please report back. Thanks.
