I received my VIN 1FM5K8D84EGA58346 for my 2014 Explorer XLT the other day, does anyone know how to find out when it will be built?

By the looks of the blend date on the bottom, it looks like it should be built on 8/31.

How can you tell 8/31?

The projected build date is at the top, above the word BLEND. It is a 9 digit number which starts with a 1

Example: 120130819
1= United States
2013 = Year
08 = August
19 = Build Date
