2014 Ford Explorer

So my husband and I bought a new 2014 Ford Explorer. Has anyone heard of issues with the dash lights going completely black while driving, or not lighting up at all when you open your car door?

my friends focus does that, probably a loose wire, take it to the dealership, it is still in warrantee so they shoudl be able to fix it pretty quick and i dont think to any charge to u.
