2015 Explorer with another HID question.

First I need to apologize. There are a ton of threads on here and I've read through a lot of them, but I'm confused. Keep in mind that I'm an Accounting geek, so working on cars aren't my strong suit... AT ALL. With that being said, I have done some minor mods to my last few rides (Dodge Nitros). I don't like the headlights in the Explorer. The XLT I bought came with projector lights, but halogen bulbs. They are not the HIDS.

So on to my questions:

Since I have a projector style headlights in my 2015, is it as simple as just installing HIDs or do I have to swap out the whole housing and do a projector retrofit?

If I can't just install HIDs in the present projector housing and I have to do a total swap out, are their ready to go projector kits on the market that I could buy and just install HIDs in that? If so, any recommendations?

You just need to get the OEM HID housings and hardware from Ford.

No point in doing an HID retrofit on a vehicle that offers factory HID housings.
