Did the dealership manage to pull any trouble (DTC) codes? I'm wondering if this could be caused by a bad grounding issue.
Happy New Year!
Wow, there were a host of DTCs set at one time or another. I have a feeling that this could be due to a wiring issue of some kind, including bad ground. If the dealer is unable to help diagnose the issue, perhaps an automotive shop specializing in electrical issues may be the way to go.
Hopefully, some other members may have an idea as to what to look for. What software did they update? Are battery terminals clean?
Hi Peter,
Thank you and Happy New Year to you, I updated the sync software to 3.7 and the dealer said they updated the PCM. Its a new battery and terminals are clean. All good now
