2017 radio

Hi all has anybody installed one of these new tesla radios in a 2017 explorer?
they are supposed to handle all the functions radio ,heater,ac back up cam, ect any help

Tesla Style Headunit

I know I have read something on here where a few members have installed the Tesla style screen to replace the stock headunit. How is it holding up? Do you have any regrets? Was installation pretty straightforward? I am curious to see how it has held up.

The Android units are pretty bad, you are better off sticking with Sync 3.
