Can someone tell me if 33's will fit under a 3" body lift with little rubbing?

Eric

YES
Thats exactly what I have, except you will have to do a little trimming which is no big deal. You can go to Dead Link Removed for a better look.

it might be a litte different if you have an early model explorer...i have a 92 xlt with a 2" body lift (5.5" is sitting in my garage waiting and waiting....)

i ran in a mud drag here recently with 33's on the front...and they didn't rub except on the sway bar.....and that was the lugs that stick out, because there were cut super swampers....so if you were to run somthing with a smoother, less aggressive side wall...i don't think you would run into serious problems.....

heres a pic, incase you wanted to see the actual wheel well fit.....

Rod,

Exactly what did you have to trim? Was it rubbing during turns, or compression, or both?

I've got a '96 Sport, and am going to do the exact lift that you did. Then put on 33x10.50's. Will I be able to drive it home from the shop, or will they have to do the trimming?

How about the ebrake? Steering?

Thanks.
