1994, XLT, 4-door, push button 4x4. The light at the 4x4 button and the "4x4" light on the dash stay on. There is no indication that the 4x4 is actually engaged. No binding on hard turns. The button will not engage or disengage 4x4. The lights just stay on. Low range will not engage. No light comes on when you push this button. It just happened while driving. I haven't used 4x4 for over a month. If I disconnect the module (left rear near jack storage) light goes out and comes on again when connected. Anyone had this before? Any suggestions?
