6x9 via 6x8

Anyone ever modded and installed 6x9 in the doors. Im looking at doing it this weekend and need some suggestions. Also, i noticed on my 92 XLT in both back doors there are room for an addition 6x8 in each door, for a total of 2 6x8 in each door. Thanks

I put 6 1/2" rounds in all 4 doors. The first one was hardest, trying to figure how to fit. After a bit of work with Dremmel and a couple 1 1/2" cutting disc's got all 4 trimmed out and fit nicely. I really don't see how to trim to get a 6x9 in there, but may be a way.
In my '93 I had no where else that you could fit another 6x8 in rear doors (Front either for that matter). Maybe if you had the speakers mounted to the door panel face and did not have to cut into door frame...
