94 Explorer rough idle and stalling at stops

Occasionally idles under 500 rpms at stops, jerking the car, stalls out sometimes. Check engine light comes on during this. Light also comes on while driving, sometimes. The light came on after 2 miles of driving, but stopped after I cleaned the maf sensor and iav valve. Now this problem started up after that.

I think it's the iav valve.

I also noticed some cracks in my air intake hose but I can't find one for under $120!

Also, I cleaned the maf sensor and iav valve and my car started up better, accelerates better, but now I have these bad idling and stalling problems. It fixed my check engine light for the most part, but now it comes and goes as I drive rather than staying on after driving 2 miles (and then shutting off when I shut off the car, and coming on after another 2 miles).
