95 xlt license plate lights

i recently did a lift and removed my rear bumper and the ligts for the back, now the ligts on my liesnse plate dont work, but the trailer harness that i installed to the same harness of wires does. does the license plate lights have a seperate fuse from the trilor lights??

Don't know why you put this in the audio forum, but I'll go ahead an answer your question.

The license place lights are on the same fuse as the tail lights, headlights, and interior lights. Since I assume that all those work, I don't think it's a fuse. Check to make sure that the harness is fully plugged in. Also check for pinched wires.
