Accessory Delay in a 2003 ST?

Trying to narrow down some electrical issues, Does anyone have a 2003 Sport Trac XLT Premium with the accessory delay which allows you to hear the radio and open & close windows after the truck is turned off. I could swear I had it and now its not working but wanted to see if it was even installed in the 03 as earlier models did not have it.

No, door adjar light is off. Just wondering if the 2003's even had this feature.

Mine is an 04 and it has it. We have a 03 F250 at work that also has it. I would imagine it does.

My 02 ST has a very basic package and it has it also.

does anyone know where the relay is as the GEM schematic is not showing it, the accessory relay 2 box does not have it and the fuse box is not showing anything relating to it?
