Accessory Delay 2001 ST

All my other Explorers and Mountaineers had an accessory delay feature where the windows and radio (probably other things too) would work with the key off and even removed until you opened a door. I've noticed that the feature does not work on my 2001 Sport Trac. If I want to listen to the radio or roll a window up/down with the engine off I have to have my key in the ACC position.

Can anyone verify if this feature is not present on the '01 ST, or whether I might have a problem with my accessory delay relay?

Neither of my STs have that feature, and the '01 had most available options.

My 2004 has that feature. Being able to adjust the windows is very convenient.

My 01 ranger doesn't have that feature. I've thought about adding it but I've got better things to add onto it than that sitting on the shelf lol
