Aftermarket heated seat pads

I have a problem with my 2000 explorer. My driver side heated seat pad decided to melt into my cushion, and blow out. Does anyone know of aftermarket plug and play heated seat pads or at least good quality pads.

Will third gen heated seat pads work those are readily available?

The cheapest option is to get pads that sit on top of your seat. I use one of these on my old 73 truck in winter.
Alternatively, replacement heater panels exist.
