Air hose needed.

I have a 1998 ford explorer limited, eddie Bauer. My air hose off the air intake is falling apart from age and I need to replace it. But Noone makes it anymore. I have tried to attached a pic of exactly what I need but working on figuring out how. Thanks in advance!

can you provide a pic? mine has one for pcv i think, one to iac, and theres a third which im forgetting its use right now... or are you talking about the intake hose from the throttle body to the airbox?
