Airbag Light on? Clicking under dash? Power Windows Acting up?

So about 8 months ago, My air bag light was on during the winter, only for like 5 minutes tho. Well today it came back during my drive home from work. Also when I plug something into my Cigar lighter a clicking sound comes from under the dash? sounds like above the steering column? And lastly, my Power windows(Drivers fseat one) when I click down(auto) it goes a bit of the way, then a short "click" and then it stops, takes 3 or 4 tries for it to go all the way down. Driving me nuts, Im tempted to go buy a new Explorer haha

Any Ideas?
