I bought one of those (it was for the 4.0 sohc) for a friend who didnt wanna spend the xtra money on a MAC or K&N and he said it made a difference but not alot and later on he just bought a MAC intake. It says its chrome but its really just plastic with like a foil covering type deal its really cheap and pretty small also i would just spend the xtra money on a KKM,MAC or some other open filter system.
Also the adapter is very cheap and the holes didnt line up. PITA.
I'm really most interested in the adapter. I spent the money last time for a KKM and it was nice, but the reality is you I can accomplish pretty much the same thing for less than 1/2 the price using an A/M filter and one of these cheap adapters.
