BBK Intake Elbow...worth it?

Well i saw a performance intake elbow here..........think its worth it?

I think i saw a post about it before, but search never does a good job at finding anything.....



If i got this intake, and a CAI, would i need a bigger throttlebody too, or is the BBK the same size, just maybe polished more.....
