BCM problem?

Hey gang....My 03 Eddie Bauer Explorer lost all of these functions at once....Driver's power seat, memory seat settings ( probably related), rermote keyless entry (both transmitters stopped working at the same time), auto headlights, intyerior lights from all doors....however, the interior lights illuminate with key off and dim after30 seconds, which is normal...radio does not turn off after shutdown when opening a door....not sure what it could be....haven't checked anything yet, just trying to get steered in the right direction....any ideas? Forgot to mention power locks do not work also....

Yep, sounds like the GEM Generic Electronics Module.

Double check the fuses first; both under hood and in cab.

It is located behind the stereo. Will have to pull the bezel and radio to get at it.
