Though I loathe the new Metallica with the fire of a thousand suns, And Justice for All is (aside from being the last real Metallica album) a great one to tune to. I use a mix of that, Sevendust and Dream Theater, with a splash of Rust in Peace on the side. :)

Iona " Irish Day "
Santana " Adouma "
U2 " Where The Streets Have No Name "
Jeniffer Love Hewitte " How Do I Deal ? "
Jars Of Clay " Liquid "

three, but
How Do I Deal if from the
" I Know What You Did Last Summer " Sound track.
Nice solid rock bass guitar tone, punchy drums.
Catchy tune too.

And oh yeah,
she is so freakin' hot.

BT: Emotional Technology is pretty cool.

well here are two CDs

Diana Krall's-Love Scenes (Piano jazz)
Alice in Chains-Unplugged

Those both sound GREAT!
Karl

i tune for three songs only

THE BEST SQ TUNING SONG:
Bohemian Rhapsody- Queen
its got the tweets screaming it has a section of right only left only and then the bass pumps in at the end as well. Plus its one of the best songs ever written

and of course my second tune
Stairway to Heaven

finally,
Freebird.

these three songs song awsome in my car!

The Sheffield Labs - "My Disc"
you can pick it up at www.autosound2000.com
it is an audiophile reference cd.

alice in chains unplugged is great

i tune so that stuff like dave mathews "under the table and dreaming" sounds right with the bass knob down and southernplayalistic sounds right with it turned up and unbeleivably good with the epic turned on.

if i want to show off the system though-

the opening scene from the 2nd lord of the rings movie when the white wizard fights that dragon is without a doubt the best test of sound quality of the entire system ever.

I also like watching the opening scene from the matrix, or the car chase in gone in 60 seconds.

music wise dave mathews live at red rocks version of all along the watch tower is an amazing song to show off with.
