Body lift for '03 XLT

Can anyone help me on if there is a body lift or front end leveling kit for an '03 XLT? Must have bigger tires, can't stand these little 235's.

From what I have gathered on this site, you should be able to put 265/75-16
on with only a little trimming on the inside front plastic fender skirt at full turn,
and thats only trimming in front of the front wheels!

sounds better then what I'm running, but I want bigger. These new vehicles suck for mods. Anyway thanks for the response
