Brake Light works when wanting to, any suggestions?

Hidden screws, I believe they are phillips head. They are recessed deep so a large bodied tool is a no-go. They are removed from the bottom.

ill have to look in AM, to see if I see them and a screw driver itll fit.. I have electronics screw drivers i use, longer and thin, might work.

Need to stop getting pulled over for my brake light...

next license plate lights.

I used a craftsman P2, it fit ok, just dont want to use an off-brand that is bigger than that

i found 2 of them this am while taking kids to school, far left front and far right front. couldnt find the third, is there dash trim or anything like that im suppose to be taking off to find it?
