brakes squeak with i let off the pedal

Hey ya'll
I've got a question that has been bugging me for a long time.....if i go out to my truck right now with out starting it and push the brake pedal when i release the pedal it makes a squeak sound. It does this any time i release it. the brakes work super good, they seem to be better in the rain than with no rain. I am just wondering if there isn't something underlying that is going wrong and is shtere anything i can do to stop it?......can anyone help me?

Try lubing the brake linkages. Probably the pedal, not the brakes themselves, that are squeaking....
