Yay. I have a 91 XL. Treating it with new calipers and hoses, I broke the brake line which runs along the front from the driver hose to the pass hose. I need advice on what to use to replace it, and where it would be best to run it. I'll go to the parts store tomorrow morning. The stock line ran under the steering column, a real pia to access... TIA.

yea that line is a PITA. i replaced mine last summer. just get like 56" of steel braided brake line and run it roughly where it was before. dont bother trying to run it exactly like it was, just make sure its secure and out of the way of moving components. dont forget to bleed your system after you do this and use new fluid! good luck.
