Hello all, first post here.
I bought a 1999 Eddie Bauer AWD 5.0 Explorer yesterday.
In MINT condition. I mean absolutely mint. No wrinkles in leather, no stains, no dents/dings/scratches, brand new-ish tires, every option was included on the vehicle. I'm the second owner. 131k
Minus two things. Guy's wife rear ended another SUV bumper to bumper. I have to replace the front bumper and both air bags and air bag sensor. No frame damage, etc. Driving it as is for now. Rides like a dream.
I looked and couldn't located how to's on front bumper replacement, and air bag replacement. I found some posts that were instructions for the airbag, but I thought there might be videos out there somewhere.
I used the Blend Door fix on my 98 Mountaineer that the fiance' drives, worked like a charm. I wasn't registered last year when I did that.
BUT, here I am! Joining the team! You guys/gals seem great!
Any advice you can give me, would be appreciated!
