Cargo net fitment....

I just found a cargo net in the jack area.
I'm wondering where it's supposed to mount.
I assumed it went on the 4 mounting brackets in the floor, BUT the net only has 3 spots where it hooks up.

Any ideas? pics?

3 spots hook to the hooks, the last hook is for the sliding end of the net where you tighten it.
