Center Caps?

Can anyone direct me on which center caps will fit my 2013 explorer base. I don't waste my money and time on ebay and get something that won't fit.

caps for...? your lug nuts?... or entire new center caps for the wheel covers? please clarify and i can find the size you need. what happened to the caps that came with your ride?
