Hello out there...New guy here...I just bought a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT having trouble with touch pad it lights up I went in put a second code but still won't let me open it.

i just bought this 2012 Explorer I'm awaiting a manual from place I bought it....I think the touch buttons are wore ....I put 2 other codes in(thank you utube) the second code works....thank you for your response
