i found some electric seats from a 99 explorer that i want to get for my 95..i was wondering if there is any way i can get the electric ones to work in my 95 with no electric seats?

It depends on whether the plugs for the electric seats are there or not.

If they are, you will still need a way to adapt the power, as the plugs are different.

You can either make a harness and have it plug and play, or cut the plug off of the 95 harness and replace it with the 99 plug.

This got me wondering... what tool do you need to make harnesses? I assume its some sort of tool to cramp a pin on a wire and push it into a plastic connector?

use a dental pic...That's what I do at work for changing connectors. I am sure theres a tool but I never needed one.
