I drive a 98 5.0 EB. 143,000 miles, The other day while driving under a bridge at slower speeds windows down I heard a Light clicking sound that was more pronounced the slower I went. at first I thought maybe the rotted dust shield on the brakes were making the noise. my drive way is slopped so i rolled the window down and put it in neutral down the hill first with brakes and then no brakes, no noise. so I put it into drive and let it coast and the clicking was there, same noise in reverse. Fluid and Filter on the tranny are fresh within a 1000 miles. fluid is at proper capacity. u-joints seem fine if they could contribute to this noise. Im at a loss. Need Help.
