Clock - Random resets between local and Zulu?

My '17 Sport w/ Sync3 will what appears to be random will jump between local and UTC/Zulu time. Note this isn't a DST issue. Some times I get in and start and the time is showing UTC/Zulu, I'll reset the time to local. Then later that day or maybe the next day or maybe a few days later the time is back to UTC/Zulu. If I do nothing at some point I'll see it back to local. If I start the car it may show local, then at some point its showing UTC/Zulu.

Anyone else see this?

I had an issue for a couple days about a month ago where the time was not correct upon start up. I can't say for sure if it was the same issue as I just reset the clock without really paying attention to what it was reading.
