Anyone know why the Cruise Control on My 03 ST doesn't always engage when I hit the button, I have to hit the brakes and than push the button again for it to engage. But sometimes it works on the first try

When the Cruise Control is on at about 80-90 Km/H the gas peddal makes a buzzing noise until I rest my foot against it.
