My battery was starting to go bad on my 2013 Ford Explorer xlt so I replaced it. Last weekend it was a beautiful January weekend and I went to open my moonroof but it won’t give me anything. Checked fuses and relays and they were both fine I think it has something to do with the programming because the sunshade will only cover the back glass now. Tried some of the trick with on off and back on then pushing tilt releasing it and holding it but nothing seems to happen. I did get the sunshade to fully close with this technique. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you
