I have a 2011 Ford Explorer that I bought new. I have been very disappointed with this car. I bought it for the sync technology and it has never worked correctly. In the last year and a half I have had to bring it to the dealer 8 times to try to fix this issue. Each time they say they have it. The minute I drive the car off the lot it malfunctions. I have spoken to Ford Customer care and little has been done. For a company that is so worried about their customer service and service questionnaire - they really have under delivered. My continued issues are the Sync system locking up and shutting down. I am wondering if anyone is experiencing this amount of trouble and what to do to resolve it.
