Door ajar on and interior lights dont turn off.

I was told that my accessory relay delay is bad but how do you replace it?

It's not your relay. And if you do a search here, you'll find this topic has been covered about a thousand times already. It's a common problem and an easy fix.

Or, you can try the easiest thing first, which is to spray WD40 into the latch on the door (what makes contact with the striker bolt/bar) which is where the sensor contacts are...sometimes these get sticky/stuck.
 






the WD40 spray worked for me. Mine was intermittent as well. Interior lights would stay on and I could not lock the doors or arm the alarm. Sprayed the latches down last year and no problems since.
