Driver Lower Seat Panel - Outboard Side

Looking for advice on installing new driver side control panel trim piece. 2020 explorer xlt panel plastic clips broke within 1st year. Mike Bass ford advised recently “out of warranty “, and $180 for trim piece plus labor. This poor design defect is discussed extensively on the explorerst forum, but couldn’t find anything online for xlt although exact same part. Purchased new OEM part for $65 (odd how this non-recalled part is available in stock next day). Control panel installed ok.
All I’m looking for is proper sequence to install new panel.

I would 'assume' the install should be similar, regardless of trim level?
I'm not 100% sure what part this is referencing, though.

That part was broken on our slightly used 2021 XLT, but the dealer replaced it from parts in stock under warranty. Maybe check with another dealer?

Thanks, that makes the OP make a bit more sense. I was reading it is a trim panel on the center stack, but missed the thread title saying seat panel.
