dual alternator kit for a 93 x??

Is there a dual alternaro kit for a 93 x? The engine wants to stall every time the bass hits and the lights go dim and the battery guages bottoms out. I have a yellow top too and I can see that the dual alternator will do the fix it there a kit out there.

What alternator do you have now?

Get a good 200A alternator, and be done with it. Add a cap as well.

i thought if you get a bigger amperage alt you will have to upgrade the harness so you won't have a fire.

I was looking for a dual alt. bracket a while back, and no one seemed to know anything about it, so I doubt there is one made. I emailed Dominick Iraggi (a regular on audio forums) about making a HO alt, I can't remember the price, but he could make up a 220A drop in alt for the '93.
