Egr help!

I have a 2000 5.0 explorer. I have a code saying egr insufficient flow. Truck runs fine. What could be the problem?

If it's P0401 it's probably the DPFE sensor. The one that the rubber lines go to the come off the EGR manifold tube.

Could be clogged EGR valve or more than likely a broken vacuum line going to the EGR valve preventing it from opening.

I had that problem one time turns out the hose just slipped off the switch. I put it back on and clamped it there and it was fine
