I've got a 3rd gen V6 explorer throwing Insufficient EGR Flow codes. Engine idles and runs okay, and by drawing a small vacuum on the EGR diaphragm, the idle almost stalls--like you would expect. Since I hate to just guess whether it's the EGR valve, the DPFE, or the Vacuum Pressure regulator and just throw parts at it, does anyone have any tests to show voltages, etc. on what these things should measure? I don't have a shop manual, just a Chilton's, which doesn't have any test info. Any info appreciated. Thanks
