Explorer headlight flickering

I'm back with yet another issue starter wire was bad and that fixed a bunch of problems I was having but now I noticed another one I turn it off with headlights off and the high beams will flicker seconds at a time randomly bad dimmer switch or what could cause them to turn off with the vechicle off ? Btw it's an 02 limited 4.6

it may be in the high beam switch,or check the fuses. i think there are more then one fuse, and also there is a relay..
