Well I got the 5.0L all painted and resealed so now its down to rounding up all the "little" things to make it work with my ZF and I will be ready for the swap. Going to try to use the stock shorty headers but it will be a tight fit on the pass side. Another problem I never thought of is that my Hydo assist line comes off my box in about the same spot as the oil filter adapter will be...

Got the 5.0 sitting in the explorer and the zf/1356/205 doubler in. Still working on the exact placement of everything. The mustang headers wouldn't fit so I ordered some 88400's to see if they fit better. I cut the front core support all the way up to the hood latch and set the stock 4.0 radiator in there, I have about 2.5" from the end of the W/P. Now I have to come up with a way the suport the heavy ass 205 doubler and keep it from snaping the end of my zf off.
