Factory Cd Changer question.

I have a 97 XLT and i am wondering if there is any way to hook up the factory cd changer to my new head unit. The head unit has cd changer controls and all but my question is how can i hook up the cd changer. I have some wiring knowledge and am willing to splice wires or whatever it takes. My cd changer is located in the armrest and is a 6 disk changer. I have a panasonic head unit if that helps. Thanks for you suggestions,

Nope there's no way to do it without digging into the internals of the head unit and the rear controls/cd changer.
