Flashing light after carwash

Went through the carwash and had an underbody blast and now I have a 4x4 high light flashing on my 2003 explorer limited, 4.6L. It looks like it went out later on in the day. I am guessing after something dried out. Any ideas where I should start looking for this problem? I "assume" it may be a ground but not really sure where to start looking. Hopefully someone has some input and some pictures would really be helpful. Thanks.

Sounds like it worked it self out.. but if you want to look, start at the transfer case. There should be a loom of wires going to it and the shift motor.
That wire loom goes up in the passenger kick panel, to the 4x4 control module behind the glove box.

Sounds like water in one of the connectors like Curtis is getting at... I would check them, and maybe blow them off with a compressor or at lease a can of compressed air...
