flex plate to converter alignment

Just bought a reman transmission (5r55e) and the tag on the torque converter says to match up the stud with the orange paint to the orange paint mark on the flywheel. Trouble is I don't see any paint on the flywheel. Any ideas? I don't want to get this thing back together and have a vibration problem. Does it really make a difference how they go back together? Thank for any advice.

Best thing would be to call the place where you got the trans from, they put the tag on.
